Transfer printing is accomplished in two stages. First the artwork is digitally printed on transfer paper using water based dye sublimation inks. Next these inks are vaporized using heat press and enter the molecular structure of the heated synthetic material. When the process completes and the fabric cools the colors are fixed onto it. No further processing is needed.

Our company offers this process using Roland wide format digital inkjet printer (width 160 cm). In a non stop working cycle we can produce up to 240 square meters per day. This technology allows us to transfer photo quality full color images on fabric. Our heat transfer press is Monti Antonio (dimensions 160 x 220 cm). We can also print continuously on fabric. The sublimation inks are very durable, do not fade in time, resist to weather conditions, do not wash away or wear out. Best results in transfer printing are accomplished on white material composed of no less than 60% synthetic fibers like polyester, polyamide, lycra ect.

Sublimation transfer printing is widely used. Some of the applications are: Sportswear, flags, banners, advertising materials, carpets, mouse pads, t-shirts, skateboards, scarves, ceramic cups, hats, water sports equipment, swimwear, signs, bathing suits, bags, umbrellas, promotional clothing, accessories, work wear, key chains, ties, badge tapes, veils, interior office products and many others.

• Vector images – CMYK files in the following formats: AI, EPS or CDR with convertible effects
